  • Field Coordinator

    Volodymyr is a seasoned project manager with a wealth of experience across diverse sectors and regions. His background includes impactful positions at Oxfam GB and the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where he focused on cash and livelihood interventions in Poland, prioritizing inclusivity and gender-sensitive approaches. In both organizations Volodymyr was in charge of the design and implementation of Cash programs across Poland with the total outreach of more than 62 000 individuals.

    In addition to his humanitarian work, Volodymyr runs an Educational Institute in Kyiv, that caters to a broad audience from public to private stakeholders while contributing to the education sector in Ukraine. Before starting his own company he contributed to development projects in Vietnam and Myanmar, demonstrating his versatile skill set in navigating complex project environments.

    Volodymyr's educational background encompasses two master's degrees in finance and marketing, along with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship. Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, Volodymyr excels in communication, enabling effective collaboration across culturally diverse teams and contexts. His experiences highlight a deep commitment to development and education, underpinned by an innovative and inclusive approach to project management.

  • Technical Lead

    Ahmad  is an accomplished professional in technical quality, compliance, and operations management, whose dynamic approach and comprehensive background span the humanitarian, private, and public service sectors.

    Ahmad possesses years of hands-on experience in complex and volatile environments, specifically within emergency and recovery settings such as Syria and Ukraine. His work emphasizes the development and strengthening of systems, structures, and local infrastructure.

    Through his involvement in these challenging contexts, Ahmad has demonstrated profound expertise in leading, steering, and directing a diverse range of studies and interventions, showcasing his ability to navigate and manage projects of varying scope and complexity. 

    His career is marked by leadership excellence, underscored by his advanced interpersonal and communication skills. Currently serving as the Technical Lead for Field Insights, Ahmad plays a crucial role in providing timely technical briefs and internal programmatic guidelines. He has contributed his skills as a Program Award Advisor for the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where his efforts support the IRC's emergency response initiatives in Ukraine and Poland. 

    Ahmad's academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from the Arab Open University in Amman, Jordan. Complementing his academic credentials are professional certifications and licenses in Project Management Professional (PMP), USAID rules and regulations, and Minimum Economic Recovery Standards (MERS), attesting to his commitment to professional development and excellence in his field. 

  • Safeguarding and Protection Expert

    Ayat is a seasoned humanitarian professional with over a decade of experience in program management and capacity building across the Middle East. Fluent in Arabic, English, and Spanish, Ayat brings a diverse skill set to the humanitarian sector, excelling in training design, conflict transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

    With a Master’s degree in Culture of Peace, Education, Conflicts, and Human Rights from the University of Cadiz, Ayat’s academic foundation complements her field experience. Her thesis, focusing on the plight of refugees with disabilities resulting from the Syrian conflict, underscores her commitment to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations.

    Ayat is highly skilled in delivering capacity-building sessions for field teams, ensuring adherence to humanitarian principles, and fostering an environment of learning and development. She has

    worked closely with international and local NGOs, representing her organizations at both national and international forums, and has demonstrated an exceptional ability to maintain cross-sectoral relationships, contributing to sustainable project outcomes.

    Through her extensive experience in program documentation, reporting, and data collection, Ayat has consistently enhanced program efficiency and transparency, ensuring that projects are aligned with both donor expectations and the needs of affected communities.

  • MHPSS and Education Expert

    Iryna is an experienced coordinator of psychological educational events.

    She is engaged in the organization and management of various projects aimed at raising awareness of mental health, developing skills and knowledge in this area, and popularizing mental health in society.

    Iryna's education includes two master's degrees in Psychology and International Economics.
